Serious crash closes roads in Kelowna

Kelowna RCMP are asking the public to avoid the area of Clifton Road and High Road due to a serious motor vehicle collision this morning (Aug. 11).

Due to the severity of the crash, the area of Clifton Road between Mountain Avenue and High Road will be closed, as well as High Road between Clifton Road and Glenmore Road until the scene investigation is complete. The length of the closure is unknown at this time.

The Kelowna RCMP is thanking the public for their patience and understanding.

UPDATE: Global Okanagan is reporting the crash involves an overturned semi transport vehicle.
