Two people injured in home invasion
RCMP is investigating after two men were injured in a home invasion in Kelowna.
On Thursday, September 2, just before 7: 00 a.m., RCMP were called in an apartment in the 1900-block of Pandosy Street for a report of a home invasion. When officers arrived, they located 32 and 38-year old men suffering from serious injuries. The pair were taken to hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The suspects had fled the area prior to police arrival.
“Our officers are on scene processing evidence, speaking with witnesses and canvasing for surveillance video. Evidence gathered so far indicates that this was a targeted incident,” said Cpl. Jocelyn Noseworthy. “This investigation is in the preliminary stages, and no arrests have been made at this time.”
