Wanted man believed to be in North Okanagan

RCMP in the Vernon area is hoping the public can help its officers locate a wanted man.

Vincent Silas Maxwell, 36, is wanted for failing to comply with a probation order and is believed to be in the North Okanagan.

Maxwell is described as:

• Height: 6’3’ (190 cm)
• Weight: 188 lbs (85 kg)
• Black hair
• Brown eyes
