RCMP investigate suspicious death in Kelowna park

Police are investigating after a woman’s body was found in a Kelowna park.

RCMP was called to a park in the 2100 block of Glenmore Road around 8:30 a.m. today.

“When officers arrived, they located the body of a deceased woman whose death is believed to be suspicious,” said Constable Solana Paré.

Mounties have cordoned off the area and will be on scene for some time collecting evidence and speaking to witnesses.

RCMP is asking anyone who witnessed or has knowledge of this incident to contact police immediately at 250-762-3300.
