Final advance voting opportunity in Kelowna, general voting Saturday
Voters in Kelowna have one last chance to cast an early ballot for the 2022 General Local Election.
The poll is open today (Friday, Oct. 14) at Parkinson Recreation Centre until 8 p.m.
As of Thursday night, a total of 10,240 voters had cast their ballots at the 13 advance voting stations in Kelowna.
General voting day will go on Saturday, and area voters will have several locations to choose from.

- Capital News Centre, 4105 Gordon Dr.
- Dr. Knox Middle School, 121 Drysdale Blv.
- East Kelowna Community Hall, 2704 East Kelowna Rd.
- Evangel Church, 3261 Gordon Dr.
- Hollywood Road Education Centre, 1040 Hollywood Rd. S.
- Kelowna Seniors Citizen’s Society, 1353 Richter St.
- Mission Creek Alliance Church, 2091 Springfield Rd.
- Okanagan Mission Community Hall, 4409 Lakeshore Rd.
- Parkinson Recreation Centre, 1800 Parkinson Way
- Rutland Elementary School, 620 Webster Rd.
- Springvalley Middle School, 350 Ziprick Rd.
- Watson Road Elementary, 475 Yates Rd.
All voting locations will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and each will be accessible to all electors.
The Parkinson Rec location will also have a voter assist terminal on site.
The preliminary election results will be announced on the City of Kelowna’s website after results from all stations have been counted.
The votes will be then be reviewed, and the official 2022 election results will be declared by the chief election officer by Oct. 19.
