“Officers are using specialized equipment to search a portion of the lake near the 8100-block of Tronson Road where Mr. Angle’s vehicle was located on October 19, 2022,” said Constable Chris Terleski, media relations officer.

“We feel, that given the proximity of where the vehicle was found to the water, this is a necessary step in order to ensure a complete and fulsome investigation is being undertaken.”

Terleski said Angle’s family is aware of the search.

In a news release issued by police Oct. 26, they said the 32-year-old Angle was known to live a high-risk lifestyle which included addiction issues.
