Double homicide investigated in Kelowna

RCMP in Kelowna are investigating two homicides from an incident in Kelowna’s Upper Mission last week

Two people were found deceased at a home in the 400 block of Swan Drive on Thursday, June 8.

“A third individual found in the home was taken to a local hospital and has succumbed to their injuries,” Const. Mike Della-Paolera said.

Della-Paolera said investigators believe this was an isolated incident.

“There are no outstanding suspects and there is no risk to the public,” he said.

The BC Coroners Service is conducting a parallel investigation into the deaths.

The family involved has asked for privacy and the Kelowna RCMP is not providing further details.
