A licenced cannabis store in Kelowna has been ordered closed for a week after selling to a youth.
It happened when a minor, working undercover with an inspector, was sold Pink Lemonade Gummies at Prime Cannabis on Pandosy Street without being asked for ID.
Penalties range from a licence suspension of 7 to 11 days and/or a fine of 7 to 11 thousand dollars.
