Police continue to seek information on the whereabouts of two B.C. children.

An Amber Alert was issued for eight-year-old Aurora Bolton and 10- year-old Joshuah Bolton of Surrey on July 19.

The RCMP say the children left with their mother, Verity Bolton, for a planned vacation to the Okanagan on June 28 and were supposed to be returned to their father on July 17.

Police previously said the Boltons may have been travelling in a 2012 blue Dodge D-250 pickup with BC license plate SJ2708.

Police later stated Verity may have access to a number of trailers that she could be towing.

Additionally, Verity and the two children may not be alone.

Surrey RCMP say there’s reason to believe Verity’s father, Robert Bolton, and her boyfriend, Abraxas Glazov, are with them.

Police say Verity, Aurora and Joshuah were seen at a gas station in Merritt on July 7, and at the time the truck was towing a large travel trailer.

Verity Bolton was also seen at a Kamloops grocery store July 15 without her children. It’s believed her vehicle was towing a white horse trailer at the time

As police throughout the region continue to follow up on tips, the RCMP advise anyone who has a direct view of the Boltons to call 911 immediately.

The RCMP also has a dedicated tip line for gathering information on the whereabouts of Aurora and Joshuah Bolton. Anyone with information on the children can call 604-599-7676 or email surreyamberalert@rcmp-grc.gc.ca

“We need the public to stay vigilant and call our tip line or email tips with any sightings,” Surrey media relations officer, Sgt. Tammy Lobb stated.

“We know they have been using the same truck and they have been towing three different trailers, and we need the public to keep this in mind. It’s also possible the children could be spotted with either Robert Bolton, Abraxas Glazov, or their mother Verity Bolton.”

Abraxas Glazov is a 53-year-old man from Nelson, B.C. who has connections to the Deadman Valley and Vidette Lake area. He is an outdoorsman who enjoys fishing and he has a history of living “off the grid” for periods of time.

Robert Bolton is a 74-year-old man from the Chilliwack area. On June 30, 2023, Verity Bolton met up with her father at his residence and he has not returned since. Robert has health concerns and may present as confused and/or disoriented.
