$1.4 million won at Okanagan casino

Someone hit the jackpot at a Kelowna casino.
The BC Lottery Corporation (BCLC) will hold a news conference on Friday (April 5) to introduce the person who won $1.4 million at Chances Casino.
BCLC said the total sum of $1,485,994.62 was won playing on a Powerbucks progressive slot machine.
Media are invited to attend the event at Chances Casino on Springfield Road Friday at 11 a.m.
The event will also be live-streamed on the Casinos BC Facebook page starting at the same time.
