Peter Kaz, a producer and host with the production, said the show ran weekly on Sunday nights showcasing 12 or more artists per week, with over 250 audience members coming weekly to get seats.
“We saw bands, dancers, comedians, robots, jugglers, contortionists, singers, percussionists, magicians and so much more. It ran for six months through the first round, quarter finals and semi finals. The finale was supposed to happen on the third week of March 2020 and we all know what happened then,” Kaz remarked.
Kaz said the finale was pushed out numerous times as the pandemic evolved.
“With the support from the Lake Country Arts Council, we were able to secure a venue to host the finale. It will be behind closed doors with under 50 people allowed inside following health guidelines. Family, crew, judges etc. will be in attendance,” said Kaz.
Kaz thanked their numerous judges and sponsors that participated, and gave a huge acknowledgment to all the artists that participated.
“This event was extremely exciting and entertaining, all due to the fact that we have a massive amount of spectacular artists in the area,” Kaz exclaimed.
