Kelowna welcomes the Memorial Cup Thursday with a special “Arrival of the Cup” at 4:30 p.m. starting at City Park.
The Cup will arrive by canoe and be passed from Indigenous Veterans to the Canadian Armed Forces in a ceremonial handoff.
A parade will move through Bernard Avenue and Water Street, ending at Stuart Park for a public welcome.
Single game tickets for the opening two games are no on sale at the Prospera Place Box Office or on-line on the Kelowna Rockets website.
