The annual awards program recognizes the best in B.C. in radio and TV commercials, station imaging, community service and news reporting.
Written by AJ Junop and produced by Beach Radio’s Shawn McCleary, the ad titled “New to Vernon” featured the voice talents of Brian Martin, co-host of the morning show on Beach Radio Vernon, and Bob Johnstone, formerly with Power 104 Kelowna.
Listen to the ad:
“As a new business in Vernon, the owner wanted to be sure locals knew about Pint & Pie, and she chose the loudest speaker in town to do it,” said sales manager Bryan Ford said. “Our creative team put together an ad that grabbed attention, and that aligned with the restaurant’s fun, casual vibe as well as their menu of traditional British pub food.”
