$25k windfall for Kelowna resident

A Kelowna resident has some extra spending money after a lottery win.
Brian Noble returned from a walk with his dog to find out he had won $25,000 from a Keno draw on September 9, 2021.
“I got home, checked the ticket and realized I won,” he explained. “It felt so rewarding.”
Noble plans to purchase a new TV with some of his winnings, and would also like to take a future trip with his wife.
