The outdoor public skating season in Kelowna has been delayed a few days by Mother Nature.
Due to unseasonably warm temperatures, the Stuart Park outdoor skating rink will open on Friday, Dec. 3 at 10:00 a.m, instead of on Dec. 1 as originally announced.
A still-image live cam is set up at the rink so residents can check ice and crowd conditions or see if the rink is closed for weather related maintenance before they head down to the rink.
