After many years serving Kelowna and nearby communities, William & Son Jewellers will be closing its doors over the next number of weeks.

For over 40 years, the Neciuk family have been involved in the jewellery business. Like his father before him, Stephen Neciuk started working in his family’s store when he was just a teenager, first in Vernon and later in Kelowna.

Over the years, the business has grown, and has been a fixture on Pandosy Street. However, the jewellery business, and retail in general, has changed and recently Nila, Stephen and Carol have made the difficult decision that it’s time to retire and close the store.

“It has been a privilege and a pleasure to serve the community and share in their special occasions. When people shop for jewellery they are shopping for engagements, anniversaries, birthdays and other special occasions – generally their happiest times,” said Carol.

“It was a tough decision, but it was time for the next chapter,” Stephen Neciuk added.

William & Son Jewellers have launched their “Massive Retirement & Store-Closing Sale,” with everything priced to clear..
