Tips sought on wanted man in Vernon

RCMP are hoping the public can help locate a man who is wanted on several charges, and believed to be in the Vernon area.

Jason Kenneth Babineau, 48, is wanted for assault, uttering threats and two counts of failing to comply with a release order.

Babineau is described as:

• Height: 6’ (183 cm)
• Weight: 186 lbs (84 kg)
• Brown hair
• Blue eyes
