Input sought on park master plan

The Regional District of Central Okanagan is looking for input on the future of Rose Valley Regional Park.

The 250-hectare green space currently sees a range of visitors, including hikers and nature enthusiasts, runners and mountain bikers on the many formal and informal trails.

To meet the demand, the RDCO is crafting a Trails Master Plan that will provide the long-term guidance and tools to improve the existing and future network of trails, while balancing protection of the parks’ ecological values and First Nations cultural heritage with quality passive recreational trail opportunities.
