Tools recovered in stolen pickup truck

RCMP in West Kelowna has recovered some stolen tools and they are now trying to find their rightful owners.

On April 19, 2022, the RCMP’s Community Safety Unit recovered a Ford F-150 that had been stolen five days earlier from a residence in Kelowna.

“The box of the truck was full of large tools,” said Cpl. Tammy Lobb, media relations officer. “Investigators believe these tools may have been stolen from a job site.”

The tools are as follows:

  • Hummel floor sander
  • Dewalt compressor
  • Rigid compressor
  • Two Bosch table saws
  • Bosch mitre saw

If you are the rightful owner of these tools or you have information as to where they were stolen from, you’re asked to call the West Kelowna RCMP at 250-768-2880, ask for Cst. Barnard and quote file 2022-21433.
